Background & Design Brief

In 2018 artist and curator Razan Al Sarraf curated Gen ز Young Arab Artists: New York at ArtX as part of Edge of Arabia’s arts and cultural series. She highlighted artists who were engaging with notions of their identity. The title of the show is a play on the general term "Gen Z," utilizing the Arabic "ز " (zāy).

I reimagined this show in the Tower Gallery of the Solomon R. Guggenheim This gallery offers perpetual modernity, perfect for exhibitions encapsulating contemporary moments.

The goal of this project was to design an exhibition of work selected by a third party curator.
